drink 0.5 litres every 30 minutes for a minimum of 5 hours. Gather all pee for the whole day (minimum 8 hours). Pour entire contents over head while in bath with plug in. Now lie face down and drink til its all gone. If you cannot manage it all then you must stay lying there for 45 minutes after you stop drinking.
