Additional equipment:
* Anal plug or vibrator
* Two clothespin
Description:
Switch the vibrator(s) on, keep your clothes and lock your belt. Put two clothespins on your nipples.
Make 1000 Crunches (or sit ups)! Remove the clothespins after 250 crunches and return them to your nipples after 500. Remove them again after 750 (and so on). Start your exercises at a place where other people can see you (park, balcony, before your window).
Challenge:
Don’t cum! For every orgasm you will add 250 crunches. You can make delays like you want. But it is not allowed to use the key before you have done all your exercises.
