Ah, okay, thanks. I'm based in the UK and don't understand US law.

A quick check shows that Dare Ring's servers are located in New York, New York, USA and Newbie Nudes' are located in Clifton, New Jersey, USA. Both sites allow members of the public to post explicit images of themselves. Both sites generate income by one means or another.

So it looks like people can't have photos on getDare or Kink Talk without having to pay a fee - a fee that would allow Depp to comply with the law.
