Something useful I found for blackmailing is a file locker like Exelock (It's freeware). If you join that to join.me or teamviewer you can have some files locked by someone else and be forced to obey or lose the use your favorite game or pic !

This is not an ad for a paying program, you can find various locking programs but this one is small and easy to use.
