For me pictures would not enhance the site in the least, you'd just end up with loads of image heavy threads and threads that were basically nothing but pictures.

If there were as you say things like you'd see at the beach, with the age of a lot of the members here, i don't think i would come here anymore, and i would think that could hold true for a lot of the other older members.
