Throw on a diaper and drink a bunch of water at your own pace until you're busting to pee. Now get in your bathtub and make sure you have a spare bottle of shampoo ready to go. You're going to be pouring a hefty amount of shampoo down the front and back of your diaper, so make sure it's taped on tight. Once you pee, you'll notice it's super soapy. Pour more shampoo into your diaper and make more suds, more and more until you swear it's going to leak... And then fill the tub while you're still in it! Have a nice bath and get clean but leave the padding on. Once you're finished with your bath, dry off the best you can and double with a dry diaper and maybe some plastic pants. You'll be that way for an hour so I hope you don't need to pee too much more!
