The most important thing to remember about dreams is that their memory is weak and fleeting... we start forgetting them the moment we wake up. Normally after a minute we have already forgotten everything. So if you want to go deeper in dreamland you should prepare a diary near your bed and immediately write your dreams an soon as you wake up.
