Take one dose of laxatives, and then a half litre hot enema. While holding the enema, you can double diaper, poking holes in the inner one. If you have locking plastic pants, lock them on. If not, then duct tape the waist and leg holes of the diaper. Hold the enema as long as you possibly can before releasing, and then you can go to the corner for a thirty minute corner time in your messy diapers before you are allowed to change.
