Wear only sock while you are alone at home for the next month. No other clothing and no changing of the socks. If you have a partner that is okay with you being nude around them, this rule then remains. If they ask about why you're in only socks, just say you are comfortable in them. This pair of socks can only be removed for work outside of the house purposes.
