Go to the nearest bathroom (if you our out and about, make it a public rest room). Piss in your underwear but then take the underwear off and leave it there. If it is a public restroom, just leave it there and forget about it. If you are at home, you need to leave it there until tomorrow and then you have to put it back on for the rest of that day.
