Looser will buy an outfit or use one they already have chosen by the winner within a budget chosen by the looser. The winner will create a thread requesting messy dares for the looser which will be active for a week. The winner will then take all of the dares sent in and make then harder (more messy) and then send them to the looser. The winner may also wish to add some more if they do not there is enough. The looser must then do all of the dares in the outfit chosen. The looser is not allowed to look in the thread to keep is a surprise.
