Naked trainings

im Male 30 a little lazy so looking for some motivation to excercise at home to have a better shape in summer. Ill do all excercise naked and send a vid proof to owner of a post..
If u do excercise either and send a proof on kik ill must double it. I have weights, a bar for pullups and bands. I hope I will not regret this...
