The title is pretty self explanatory, this is like the usual inspection and public rating threads where you receive pictures of a person and you have to rate them on their profile for everyone to read, with a twist, instead of possibly being complimenting and worshipping or even just objective, in this thread you have to humiliate the person being rated.

You can enter as a RATER or a RATEE, just specify what you're in for and for how long you're in, and maybe which genders you're interested in rating or being rated by, and mention which app you would use for this sake (I won't restrict it to kik so that people who use other tools can participate).
