You must follow 5 rules for a week. They can be past rules that have been given to you, or you can choose them yourself. However you wish to decide the rules. They must be sissy related though. If you break one, add another rule. Once you start breaking rules, ask other people for them. Each rule broken extends the rule following by a week.
