You will run for 20 minutes, once the 20 minutes is up you then record the distance you ran in metres
Then use the following formula to figure out how many edges you owe me:
Number of edges = 80 - ((distance ran in metres)/100)
So if you ran 3000 metres you would owe 50 edges.
