First, wake up at 7AM. Over the course of this day, you are going to drink two decent glasses of water at the start of each hour. Any time you need to piss, you must do so in the same toilet, and you are not allowed to flush. Keep track of how many times you piss. If you need to shit and piss, you must first piss in this toilet before moving to a different toilet to shit; if you only have one toilet in your home, you need not use two different toilets, but you cannot shit in the toilet you’ve been pissing in; either way, you may flush the toilet you shit in.

At 10 PM, you move on to the second half of this dare. First, gag yourself with your muzzle gag, then wrap tape around your muzzled mouth until no air can enter or exit that way. Next, strip naked and take a timer, a pair of handcuffs, and as much duct tape as you need to your overused toilet (and a way to free yourself). Sit on the floor in front of your toilet and wrap your legs around its base, then tape your ankles together; do what you must to avoid hurting yourself. Next, place your head within the toilet bowl; it’s your choice whether or not you’re touching the water, but your head must be mostly below the rim of the toilet (or the top of the toilet seat if you keep it down). You should have something to cushion your neck against the toilet rim. Tape over the opening of the toilet with your head still inside until you can’t remove your head from the toilet without removing the tape. If the toilet seat (not the lid) is down, it should be taped down as well. Next, put your hands around the back of the toilet below the bowl’s curve, and handcuff them together. Keep your key and a pair of scissors within reach so you can free yourself in an emergency.

You should set your timer before you tie yourself up. For every time you pissed in this toilet today, that’s 20 minutes on the timer. Start the timer once you’ve got yourself situated. When it goes off, you may release yourself. And it should go without saying, but no flushing while you’re tied up.
