4. Balls must be tied seperately
5. balls must be tied the whole time
6. 5 hits to each ball per line with a wooden spoon.
7. Tie at least 1 kg weight to the balls the whole time.
8. Loser must tie a shoe to his balls and do 20 jumping jacks
