I would count as 2 - is 2x29.
BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL - Maybe 58 is TOO LONG FOR SAFETY.
Most authorities I have seen write that 20-30 minutes is the safe maximum to risk cutting off blood flow - this is at the limit because these are the leap-year tasks, but it is at the limit.
