For 1 day collect everyting you pee into identical bottles ( fill the last one up if you could not fill it with pee by the end of the day with a drink of your ). Then the next day wear aomething that becomes obvius if you pee your self, go about like you normaly would but when you feel the urge to pee hold it, for every hour you can hold it you can fill 1 bottle with something of your choice ( just make sure you cant tell it apart from the ones from the day before) then when you cant hold it anymore and peed yourself try to stop the pee and colect the rest into bottles. Now you shoul have x amount of bottles you cant tell apart, roll a dice (or any other random number generator)with same amount of sides as your bottles, the number you roll is the amount of bottles you will drink before you can drink anything else for thirst ( you can drink other things you would drink like coffe, alcohol etc that are not for thirst).

A little extra if you choose too.
You should have extra bottles choose a or b for what to do with them and of you look then you have to do it.
