1) atomic wedgie 10 minutes per line
2) jock lock 30 seconds
3) ten squeaky clean pulls. Then must be gagged with the undies used while doing the rest of the wedgies
4) hanging wedgie 3 minutes per line (must be a full hanging, if toes touch the floor re-hang yourself and restart timer)
5) bra connection(shoulder if no bra) for your age in minutes.
6) bra connection must be public
7) each time you get a wedgie for the next week add an ice cube to your undies
8) before going to bed, give yourself a chair wedgie for the number of minutes per line
