When you are at home you cannot wear footwear, socks, slippers, anything.
For three half days a week, you will have to wear closed shoes without socks and with a handful of raw rice inside each shoe.
They must be half days when you leave the house.
During this time you may decide to go barefoot instead.
Three times a week you have to go running in a park where there are gravel roads and you have to do it barefoot for at least 30 minutes
