Place your bare balls on a hard surface, like a table.
Put a ball in a sock. Then
- swing the sock and slam it onto your balls 10 times
- drop a heavy book from at least 15 cm 10 times onto your balls

Repeat both of those tasks two more times (so 30 ball socks, and 30 book drops).
