You might want to try it first over a month, then you'll see how to improve and add corrections. Your rules are quite strict so it may be a little deceptive. Say, you get -1 on monday. How will you stay motivated for the rest of the week?
Still needs some work and improvements imho, but the idea sounds good.
Also, you may want to show your lady about it, when it's more tailored. She might be interested in checking those rules for you
