Probably! Milk and flavoured sparkling water helps too.
My weekend started, but I'm going to be... very inactive. My fatigue has flared extremely severely and I'm dealing with that damn monster currently. When I've been able to keep myself fed properly I'll be more active again - I'm hoping this long break will help me catch up on rest so I'm not fatigued this bad again for a while.
