Well, to be honest, I almost always enjoy being punished.
So I can't really think of one that was the "worst," only a few that were pretty intense. There were a couple where I had to mess a diaper, one time while I was sitting in the corner, and that's always mortifying in the best possible ways. Then there was one where I was serving my time-out with that supervised cornertime program, and that was also really intense. The feeling of being watched was surprisingly effective.
