24F Discipline days for rest of 2023
I want to take up a challenge where i discipline myself for another 25/26 days we have until new years.
So how is it going to work:
Choose a number say 5 (any number upto 25)
Day 5: Do 50 naked squats
I will spare 1-1.5 hours each day for self discipline and complete it before going to bed. Be creative. It should be fun!!
So soon we should have a discipline advent calendar
