find 4 socks to wear today. put on one each foot and one in the front and back of your diaper. set a timer, every 2 hours you rotate the socks. if you soil your diaper, oh well! you can only take the diaper off if you have pooped once and pissed twice, or of 16 hours have passed. pm me if thats too hard.
