Only when the other person is respectful about it. It's really annoying when I've said "no, I don't feel comfortable doing that" and my dare partner keeps on bringing it up. Like, I'd say "take a hint" but it's not even a hint at this point, I've just blatantly said "no."
I'd be less annoyed by it if they would just be like "would you at any point feel comfortable doing XYZ?" Then I could at least say "no, I don't think that's something I'll ever change my mind on" or "it's possible that I'll change my mind, but it isn't likely" or "we'll see how I feel about it later on." But when they just keep incessantly bringing it up, it's like the "are we there yet?" of kink.
