Okay, so I have to do this in just panties as thats all I'm in as I opened this thread.

I rolled a 4, so I need 80 points.

Exercise rolls went, 1,5,2,3,6,4,6,3.

10 pushups-easy, I have so much upper body strength

40 squats- a high number, but I've been working on squats, took them slow and tried to keep good form

20 squats- legs were absolutely burning so I flew through these saying f it to form

10 sit ups- situps were easy, was just glad I could rest my legs for a bit longer

60 squats definitely used up all 30 seconds before this and after..

20 jumping jacks- legs were jello... I dont even know if they moved very much..

60 squats- legs burning sooooo much, I think I've done enough squats for the rest of my life

10 set ups.- omg it felt sooo good to lay down for these.

Well hopefully I'm not doing much walking tomorrow, my legs are gonners.

180 total squats, my legs are dead... but great gains for my butt!
