• First thing every morning, put in your mouth gag. No talking each day until someone gives permission by removing the gag
• Each day, any holes that aren't used must be fucked for 15 minutes by the fuck machine
• Each week, complete a report in a blog on GD with your experiences/feelings
• Whenever you go out, you must send your mistress a picture of your outfit, and modify it in anyway requested whilst out
• Always wear a collar - You must be wearing one of your nametag collars until you have left your house, and before you go back in
• At the gym, you must listen to porn via headphones whilst excersizing
