I would add one more rule, for discipline. You can only use the bathroom between 7 and 7:10 in the morning, 13 and 13:00 and 7 and 7:10 in the evening. If you don't go in one of those windows, you will have to wait (at least) until the following one.
If you go outside of those times, drink 2 litres of water to "refill" and you can't go for the rest of the day.
