Go into a public stall. Take your pants completely off and hook your underwear onto the coat hook most stalls have. Try to hook them to where your toes are barely touching the ground. You must stay like this for 20 minutes before being allowed to use the restroom. If someone comes in and yoh chicken out by letting yourself down you must sit on the toilet with your underwear still on for 10 minutes as punishment
