I realize that you contacted our clinic a while ago, but unfortunately no therapist was available then. In case you are still suffering from it and want to improve your condition I suggest the following therapy:

I encourage you to masturbate every single day to your filthiest fantasies or while watching your naughty porns, however, whenever you are on the brink of coming you will stop and spank yourself 10 times hard while thinking "I should be really ashamed for having these filthy fantasies" or "I'm such a dirty slut". Saying that out loud also helps, so I encourage you to do that. On the first day you will need to repeat this 10 times in a row (10 edges, 100 spanks). Each following day you'll increase the edges and spanks by one, i.e.:
2nd day: 11 edges, 11 spanks (121 spanks)
3rd day: 12 edges, 12 spanks (144 spanks)
...
14th day: 24 edges, 24 spanks (576 spanks)

Of course you are not allowed to come during this time!

By depriving yourself from orgasms while punishing yourself over and over for your filthy fantasies, your mind will start associating these naughty thoughts with a negative sensation of punishment and eventually you won't have these dirty thoughts anymore and will lose this need for constant masturbation.
This method has worked wonders on patient with similar conditions as yours.

I also recommend co-therapy - that is having several therapists at the same time to work on your serious condition - so if there are any other therapists with other methods you want to try, I do recommend you to do so.

I'm happy to assist you between your sessions in case you have further questions such as how and where to spank yourself, what other toys to use to enhance the therapeutic effect, where to do your sessions... However, you would have to tell me more about you in the process.
