Someone you hates you. It never specified when they hated you. So I would say, go on the creative route and find someone who you encountered as your younger self. Maybe someone from your teens, maybe someone from way earlier. Try to track someone down who you know hated you at some point in your life. Could be a fun mission in itself, to track someone down who once hated you. I, and I think you, would be very curious if that hate has faded or that the hate still persist. But that does not matter for the task I would say. Who knows, they might gladly accept your reverse stalking now.
