My understanding is that it is only cumulative with the 50 ones on entry.
After that, you only add the spanks that were given to you since you last checked.
The max amount is 30 spank per post. It's not clear to me if it's 30 altogether or 30 on each named body part (boobs, ass...) .
Also in the rules, any painslut can say "no max" and will get more than 30. or ask to spank herself with any impediment she choose or let a spanker choose for her.
