Go for a walk with a rope harness under your clothes. When in the park/forest, remove your clothes and put them in a bag/purse or something for that use, and remain only in the rope harness (and shoes). Walk 10 minutes like that and cross your fingers that noone sees you
Then edge, don't cum, get dressed again and go home (or move to the next dare).
