1. I have had several boners while in public (always clothed)
2. Some weren't (under jeans, for example), others definitely were (on the beach, under just a speedo)
3. Not reacted, but I suspect someone did notice :P
4. As soon as I noticed, I went to swim, to hide it, I didn't keep track of it, but it didn't last too long, thankfully.
5. Well, I liked the sensation, of course, but not having it in such a public place.
6. Definitely involuntary.
