well it depends on where and what you write here. Typically either you dare another person, give a dare to the general public or get dared.
Like I can say: I dare you to edge three times and then ruin your orgasm and then you might do that (or donīt) and possibly dare me something back.
Some also have limits listed that you can orientate on or have pm dares where you can dm them with certain buzzwords.
