Fill a glass bottle, (ex: a beer bottle) and fill it with water, removing the lid of course. Slowly sit on it until it is almost completely in your ass, Then put a pair of tight underwear on to keep it in for 2 hours. This will work somewhat as an enema as well as a plug. Anytime you stand up or walk the bottle will release water into you ;D
