Go to your closest public bathroom wearing a permanent wedgie under your clothes, once there find a stall With a door that has a hook on the inside and jang yourself by your underwear from it, keep the door unlocked. Hang for 10 minutes and then give yourself a swirlie whilst you tug on your underwear as hard as you can. Try and see how far of a wedgie you can give yourself whilst giving yourself a swirlie at same time.
