15) Nipple clamps can be worn in exchange for not doubling (as per line 4) after the 10th row. This means that if chosen the spanks will by multiplied by only 4 and not more.
16) If you don't have the required implement for a line, you must use the next closest thing you have and double the amount of spanks for that line.
17) loser must be gagged, the rest are up to boomer choice
18) Loser must offer boomer the chance to meet and deliver the spanking. If boomer can't, loser must then offer the chance to everyone else in the potato
