Write out, by hand, "I'm a spoilt little brat who needs a good disciplining" 100 times. Wear nothing but a butt plug, diapers and a pacifier. If you make any sort of mistake when writing, drink 100ml of water and add 10 more lines. You can't go to the toilet until you've finished writing the lines.
