I really want to get in a bit better shape to maybe get confident enough to wear crop tops and stuff in summer so I’ll try a workout add thread again c:
I’ll post regular updates, but if you wanna check where I’m at, have a look at my spreadsheet!
For now the thread will go until my birthday, 5.5.
I might rework it then or continue depending on how good it works for me c:

Additions:
In every post, you may suggest additions.
If 2 more people like the suggestion and quote it in a post it will get added to the list (and replace the current addition for the corresponding exercise)
Rules:
Everyone can give me 1 exercise to do in each post.
+1 for every 50 posts you have done.
No double posts unless 10 hours have gone past.
Each post (excluding mine) will add:
1 hour of plug debt
1 deepthroat on my big dildo (hold 5 seconds)
Exercises (feel free to suggest some more):
Push-ups - 10 reps
Planks - 20 seconds
Side Planks - 15 seconds each
Squats - 15 reps
Jumping Jacks - 30 reps
Glute Bridges - 15 reps
Jogging - 200m
Stretching - 10 minutes
Multipliers:
When doing exercises, they count
double if I’m
wearing
Sportsbra, Panties, and Leggings
doing an addition you gave me
If I’m doing both they count
triple
Example for multipliers:
5 seconds of side planks with addon and Outfit count as 15 seconds
