Insert your buttplug and put on a skirt as short as you dare to, and no underwear. Now go out for a walk. The task is to edge three times, in three different places.
The second part might not be possible as we don't have too many details on where you live. So if there is a secluded walk nearby, walk its length with your skirt hiked above your waist. This way if anyone does approach you can quickly drop it back down.
