1. Loser must drink two beers before dare starts.
2. Dare lasts 1 hour per line.
3. Loser must wear a pair of panties nonstop for duration of dare (not taking off for any reason)
4. Loser must post evidence to on Kik to any members of the potato (within thier boundries)
5. If failing the dare, loser must keep on their clothes until they have naturally dried
