This thread deserves more attention than it's getting. Here's my version:
Urinate into a balloon then put the balloon in a sock. Burst the balloon in the sock then quickly put it in the freezer until frozen. Then take the sock out and suck on the whole sock until it's unfrozen. Tasty?
