You're going to go to the gym wearing a crop top and the tinyest short you own. If you don't have a crop top, make one by cutting a tshirt.
If you're gym doesn't allow crop top or you're unable to do this dare (because of a major reason) do this instead. For the next week you must wear same pair of panty at the gym everyday. You must change at the gym and you should not hide (in a cubicle or with a towel.
On the last day, you must leave with the panty in your mouth.
