From now on, when you wake up you will drink 8 oz of water. Then, you will drink an additional 8 oz every hour. If you workout, drink an additional 4 oz for each 30 minutes of exercise. All this water will leave you feeling quite full so you will use the bathroom every 45-60 minutes.
