Anla takes time and trsaining.
loob it up and try to push it in slowly. if you feel restistance try to poush against the plug like you want to push it out of your body.
whil doing that push it slowly a bit more but dont use "Force" to push it in.
It probably wount go in on the frist couple of times.
try doing it a coupleo of houres later.
in one or two days it should be a ble to slid in without to mutch effort just by pushing against the plug.
wear it for 15 minutes or untill it gets uncomftabal than take it out again.
Best to start while laying on the bed.
If you can hold it for an houre in bed you can try wearing it while doing other stuff..
Question waht is your end goal
being able to wear the plug 24/7?
