1) Hang weighted clamps on nipples and crawl around for 5 minutes
2) 2 Jumping Jacks per line afterwards with those weighted clamps
3) each line is 2mins with clothes pins on.
4) Must complete a nipple torture dice dare of boomers choice.
5) Spank nipples with a wodden spoon 2 times for every line at the start
6) 5 rubber band snaps to each nipple per line.
7) Clamp your nipples for every shower you take for the next week. Each shower must be no less than 7 minutes and the clamps cannot come off until you're dry
8) While nipples are not clamped or in use at all, they're to be taped with black tape x's. This applies as long as it takes for the potato to be entirely completed.
